Inspire HR won't turn on

My screen isn’t scrolling, have tried advice through this forum or resetting (done this a few times) I can see the time and if I hold button down the battery percentage and lightbulb (can no longer turn off) is there anything I can do?

To better assist you, please confirmed that you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
