I have the Fitbit inspire HR and it won’t update, I have also tried fo do it on the computer following instructions on your website and this was updating for around 18 hours and then stopped and still hasn’t updated.

Hi @Georgielou93, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't update its firmware. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if the firmware update gets completed.
