Hello,
I'm having trouble getting my Inspire HR to update. It sits forever, seemingly updating, but then I receive a message that the update failed.
I've tried the following:
Also, my Inspire will not sync with my WeightWatchers app. I'm assuming it's because of the update?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed and also see if your Inspire HR syncs with WeightWatchers properly.
