Inspire HR won’t vibrate any more

I have had been using and enjoying my Fitbit Inspire HR for a while, but I realized that it is no longer vibrating for notifications, silent alarms, etc.  I have tried restarting it several times, as well as unpairing it from my phone and repairing it.  Still will not vibrate.  I have seen other folks on this community with the same issue, but I don’t see a fix for it, other than getting a new one.  Any help anyone can give me?

Same thing happened to me. They sent me a replacement device, which I'm now having new issues with... but that's another story.
