Fitbit Inspire HR doesn't vibrate with incoming calls.

Check do not disturb is not turned on your mobile then, try a restart @Jude447 ,
1. Connect Inspire to the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5seconds.
Release the button. When you see a smiley face and Inspire vibrates, the tracker restarted.
(here's a couple other things than may accidentally turn off notifications if you need a deeper dive)
