Inspire HR won't vibrate

Fitbit Inspire HR doesn't vibrate with incoming calls.

Check do not disturb is not turned on your mobile then, try a restart @Jude447 ,

1. Connect Inspire to the charging cable.

2. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5seconds.

Release the button.  When you see a smiley face and Inspire vibrates, the tracker restarted.

 

(here's a couple other things than may accidentally turn off notifications if you need a deeper dive)

Thank you. I have tried the restart and the smiley face comes on but it still does not vibrate. I previously had a flex 2 and it vibrated when my phone rang.
Could there be a problem with the Fitbit?
