Hi,
Bought an Inspire HR yesterday, set it up fine and noticed no vibration on the silent alarm or timer etc. Reset the thing 3-5 times, unpaired from my Google pixel, restarted phone, set it up again etc and still nothing.
The notifications are on as far as I can see and do flash up, including the alarm. But no vibrate, am I missing something?!?

Hi @Antrobuzzz Oh dear, it sounds like a faulty one. Can you take it back to tje store you bought it from and exchange it? That is probably the easiest way to do it.
