Can someone please help? I’ve had my Fitbit inspire HR for a while now and it used to work perfectly fine. But now it no longer vibrates. All notifications are switched on my phone. The watch seems to receive notifications but the vibration alert doesn’t seem to be working.

Hi @Kashmira121, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't vibrate. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
