My Fitbit does not make a vibrating sound also once i take it off charge my Fitbit inspires screen turns blank until I put it back on charge. My Fitbit only works while on charge and not off charge

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your device is not vibrating and turns black when you disconnect it from the charger. I am glad to help. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions including a restart at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
