inspire only works when it plugged into the charger. Battery is at 100%. I have tried all Fitbit suggested fixes ? As soon as I take the watch of the charger it shuts off and won’t come back on until you put it on the charger again. ??? Please help.

Hi there, @Leighsa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is still not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know the steps you've tried so far?
There are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. As per the description of your post, it could be a sign the contacts need cleaning. Confirm that you've tried all tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

@Leighsa I think your battery is dead. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan which is about 3-6 years, depending on use.
