Inspire HR won't work unless it's connected to the charging cable

inspire only works when it plugged into the charger. Battery is at 100%. I have tried all Fitbit suggested fixes ?  As soon as I take the watch of the charger it shuts off and won’t come back on until you put it on the charger again. ??? Please help.

To better assist you, may I know the steps you've tried so far?

There are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. As per the description of your post, it could be a sign the contacts need cleaning. Hi there.

I have cleaned charger and watch. It works just fine when on the charger. It’s charged to 100%. I reset the watch. And tried turning off and on. Like I said it works until I take it off the charger it immediately goes dark and doesn’t work it shuts off because if I put it back on the charger right away I have to turn it on.

@Leighsa   I think your battery is dead.  Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan which is about 3-6 years, depending on use.
