I have reset my inspire hr multiple times, it will not allow me to swipe. The clock will show when i push the button, but i can not see anything else. It worked the other day while i was syncing but it wont work at all now other than the clock. Help. Ive done the reset multiple times now, it has not worked. It does not vibrate at all.

Hello @Cmitchell88

Since repeated restarts failed to fix the scrolling issue I’d suggest trying to change the clock face by going through the Fitbit App to see if that helps.

Here’s how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm

😉 Please let me know if this helps

I apologize for the late response. You can try to set up your Inspire HR as a new device. This might help the scrolling issues as well since restarting or changing the clock face hasn’t helped. Since it seems to still sync it might be a good option to try.

Setting up your Inspire HR as a new device will not make you lose any data as your data is held on the Fitbit Servers. You will however lose all data that occurred after your last successful sync. So make sure you sync one final time before proceeding.

To set your Inspire HR up again as a new device please follow these steps closely:

  1. Remove the Inspire HR from the Bluetooth settings. (Tap forget device if on iOS or unpair if on Android) If your Inspire HR is not showing on your Bluetooth at all proceed to step 2
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit App is updated
  4. Log out of the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Inspire HR: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Select the Inspire HR and follow the onscreen instructions. When asked if you want to replace the Inspire HR say yes.

I’m hopeful this will help. Please let me know how it goes.
