I tried to reset it and clean it but I can't get it to work. It is now completely dead and I don't know if the reset works anymore. I left it on the charger all day and nothing happened. I also just got this for christmas but it was bought at Kohls. Do I send it back?

The fastest way for a replacement would be to take it back to Kohls and exchange it. They are very good with exchanges
