Received Inspire HR 4 days ago and have to admit much nicer then Flex 2, more info etc BUT I cannot seem to get the Silent Alarm set. It keeps telling me it needs to sync but cannot pair up with my Bluetooth . have switched Bluetooth off on phone and then switched on again but just wont seem to work...any ideas please?

Hi @Pharmtech, warm welcome to the community.

The first step would be to restart your Inspire, you can find how to do that here. I would also suggest restarting your phone too and seeing if that solves the sync issue.

I do not see the option on the new app to add a silent alarm. No issues with the old version and my old alarms are still set, but i can not edit them or add any new ones. Please help.

1. Open Fitbit app.

2. On Fitbit app homescreen, scroll down. You will notice that this refreshes watch & app as well as presenting your battery status, located in top left.

3. Click battery status shown in Step 2.

4. This screen will display your watch title & last sync. Scroll toward the bottom & click "Silent Alarm."

*(You will be able to edit & delete any alarm created on this screen)*

5. To create new alarm, click "+" on top right corner. There are options, such as, alarm time & "repeat."

I'm aware this is difficult to locate but follow step by step and it should not be any problem. I hope this helps you & anyone else needing assistance. 🙂
