I just got an Inspire HR and I can not get it to pair with my Galaxy S9 bluetooth.   I have tried several things and it still won't pair.  Any suggestions?  thanks

Never mind I finally figured it out.  Duh!!   Thanks

Happy to see you figured it out. So it can be helpful to others, if you could re-iterate what you did other users may be able to solve the issue and these things can cut down on support times, all the fun of a community I guess 🙂

So what did you do already? Help a person out and give us an answer. I have the same problem not pairing with my Bluetooth.

Go to the screen where it shows your device, then press and hold the device and it will ask if you want to link Fitbit with your Inspire HR and say yes.

Nope - that isn't working.  Getting frustrated trying to pair with iPhone6

I did get mine to pair, finally. I went to my bluetooth on my phone and had to have it "forget this devise" and then relinked them and it worked. I did try this before and it did not work, but it did work the following day when I tried again. I really am finding there are many issues so far and feel like you have to trick the devise to get it to work.

I too have failed to get Inspire to pair with either MacOS or iOS. I'm about to return it and post a negative review on Amazon. Can someone assure me that they got their Inspire (not HR) to work with a Mac or an iOS device? Thanks.

Yes I did get it working. Went to the store I got it from and they found
the settings in the app that you download from google play store.
Working great now. Am happy

Best Answer

I did 3 steps:

1. Restart my tracker but connecting it to the charging cable, press and hold the button for 10secs.

2. Go to phone bluetooth setting and select “forget this device”.

3. Re-pair your tracker with your phone.

Sorry, I have Android.  It shouldn't be this difficult.

Go to phone bluetooth setting and select “forget this device”. Then do the pairing just like what you did the first set up. All the best!

Thank you this worked.  Just received the Inspire.  Set it up last evening and tried several times to pair with bluetooth.  Went to iPhone settings, selected forget this device.  Went right back in and connected them ...
