I just got an Inspire HR and I can not get it to pair with my Galaxy S9 bluetooth.   I have tried several things and it still won't pair.  Any suggestions?  thanks

I gave up on trying to pair. It doesn't seem to make a difference. It will sync even if it's not paired. I can't remember where to "forget a device". Sometimes logging out & then back in works or else uninstall the app and then reinstalling it again helps. It's temperamental.

I'm sorry but I have an Android. I don't know how IPhone works so go to the community forum.

My fitbit Inspire HR and Samsung 7 have kicked up on me twice in the past 6 months. What works for me here is to uninstall the fitbit app, then re install the fitbit app.  I hope this simple fix keeps working.

I can’t get it to connect via Bluetooth to any device. I’ve tried 2 iPhones, a chrome book and a PC. The Inspire HR Bluetooth is not registering at all. I can’t tell it to forget the device- because it has never connected.

With a Inspire HR and a Samsung 7 this has worked for me.  Uninstall the Fitbit app on the android.  Reinstall the Fitbit app on the android.  In the space of about 6 months, Inspire HR has twice hit some sort of bump in the road and this simple fix corrects it.

Hey ya'll, mine also would pair.

I did the typical: attempt to manually connect through my phone's bluetooth; restarted phone; tried set up again; tried manual bluetooth again; uninstalled app; restarted phone; restarted Inspire; tried manual bluetooth again; restarted phone; reinstalled app; tried install again .... all to no avail.

But then it occurred to me that while the box says Fitbit Inspire, the bluetooth listing on my phone says Fitbit Inspire HR. SO I uninstalled the app AGAIN. Restarted phone and fitbit. Reinstalled app AGAIN. And went to set up a device and selected Inspire HR. This time it paired. So. Yay.

Also though - why on earth is the cord so short??? AND, the "Welcome to the Fitbit family!" card that came with the device, it directs you to a dead URL (myhelp.fitbit.com/go) for customer service. ... Why?

Took me a while, but got there. FYI pairing inspire HR to Samsung S8.

Do not try to pair using the BT interface on your phone. instead turn off BT. Open the fitbit app click on your profile 'picture' (you probably dont have one yet) connect the device ...... this is the magic bit, let the app turn on your BT for you. Good luck, .....so close to sending it back. Fitbit you need to sort this stuff out. I can pair a Shenzen $1:00 biice of rubish off ebay with no problems!

iPhone users - I finally got it to work by IGNORING the setup steps - take it OFF the charger and then try to connect. Bluetooth connection worked for me first time OFF the charger after many hours of trying it the 'correct' way!!
