Inspire HR wont pair with my bluetooth

I just got an Inspire HR and I can not get it to pair with my Galaxy S9 bluetooth.   I have tried several things and it still won't pair.  Any suggestions?  thanks

I'm really disappointed. It looks lovely as I chose the lilac. But It's no
good it looking so nice if it doesn't work correctly!
I've just joined slimming world, and I bought my fitbit to encourage me to
being more active.
I agree about fitbit being wrong to continue selling them, as there seem to
be so many different problems with their various products.
The moderators replies are standard format off a script, and are no use at
all. The solutions they give are useless.
I've tried everything that other users have suggested to no avail. In fact
, I've spent that much time trying to get it to pair, that I've had no time
to exercise!

Believe me I know how you feel. That’s why I told them I didn’t want a replacement. I was lucky enough that Best Buy took it back and gave me a store credit since it was over the 14 day returns policy. Dump them. Get a Garmin.

I have the exact same problem. My iPhone 7, which has no problem recognizing other devices, doesn't recognize this. There is nothing for Bluetooth to "forget" since it never finds this Inspire HR device. I've tried everything I'm seeing in this thread, with no results. It came with no instructions and no phone number for support.

Thanks Galrunner!  Even months after you posted, you are still helping people!  I used your method and FINALLY got my Inspire HR to pair with my iPhone’s Bluetooth.

HOw can I forget the inspire hr when it never pairs to begin with. I have the moto g7. What a disappointment that I cannot get it to pair. I bought a new phone and a new fitbit tracker. Wow!

I had the same problem and just got the right answer for my situation today! I had paired my Inspire HR somehow. I kept trying to pair thru Fitbit App/ Notifications but it kept failing (makes sense now). I needed to Forget the Device in the IPhone Bluetooth menu (click the i in a circle right of your tracker) then Forget the Device.  Then, I paired thru the Fitbit app by clicking on notifications. Worked on the first try.

I wish I saw this thread before. I bought Inspire and it was working fine out of the box. Then I realised it doesn't have detailed sleep stays. So I bought HR. And was having connectivity issues all day long. I thought its broken. So I bought another from different shop. Received today. It pairs and syncs then it stops.. I tried several times in different ways. It only works once or twice after re-linking as suggested above.. Stupid. Gonna return and get another model. Any suggestions for accurate and detailed sleep tracker? (I don't care for exercise)

I too cannot even get my Iphone 6 to find the Inspire - so there is no way to tell it to forget if it doesn't recognize it?  Mine just came today.  And I am already thinking about returning it.  What a ridiculous waste of time.
