Inspire HR wont synch and loses time

I got my child a Inspire HR for Christmas. It will no longer synch to his I pad and it loses over 2hrs every day. I have reset both devices and had the same problem.

Let me help you syncing your son's Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The device will update the time when it syncs so it would be better if you can sync it periodically. To help resolve this please try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart the iPad and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
