Inspire HR wont turn on or charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My inspire hr has been working just fine for a few months now, then all of the sudden it won’t turn on. I’ve had it plugged in charging all day. The charging port/ charger is clean. It will just vibrate and sometime show the smiley face but that’s it. I also tried the 5 second holding tip, doesn’t phase it. It still won’t work. Also my phone can’t seem to find it now. Unsure how else to proceed to get it to work.

Hi @KJ1121, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello Juan! I appreciate the additional options; however, after cleaning the charger and watch itself and the other options it still is not responding. I also have had it plugged in, and tried multiple places, for roughly 6 hours without any luck.

Same thing happened to my Fitbit. I was told too bad it’s out of warranty. I’ve only had it for 13 months. 1 month out of warranty. Come on Fitbit. The more I read the board the more I find people with the same problem. Fix the problem or is it made to die after

Hi @Les123, I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't turn on either and it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
