I just got it...charged it fully...and all it keep doin is showing the logo then the smiley face vibrates and goes back to the log...it also wont pair with my phone...should I return it?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR. Have you set it up? Try restarting it then try setting it up by following these instructions.
