I've been having charging issues for the last two weeks with my Inspire HR. First it wouldn't hold a charge more than half a day. Customer support suggested I clean the charger and the back of my device with alcohol and plug into a computer source for charging. This worked a little bit and it would hold a charge for a day. Yesterday it went blank. No green lights, no vibrating when I plug it in, no smiley face to reset...nothing. I covid-style cleaned my house yesterday and missed logging a TON of steps 😞

Hi @RachelE81,
I would consider contacting Support again and asking for a battery test. I'm convinced something is wrong with the battery. Be prepared to take pictures to send in for proof.
