I've had my Inspire HR for a while now. For some reason the device will not vibrate. My notification is on, my iPhone 8 is not on "do not disturb". I have removed the device from my dashboard twice. I have rebooted my device twice. I do get notification on the device. It just won't vibrate. Can anyone help me?

I also just purchased an Inspire HR to replace my Alta and just like others it does not vibrate under any circumstance although I do get the notifications.

Hi there. I have bought a Fitbit from Amazon from by brother which came today. It is the Inspire HR but unfortunately it does not vibrate at all. 

What is the situation as I can see many more people are having this issue. 

I would be grateful for a response please.

I contacted Fitbit and we went through all the troubleshooting to no avail

They are sending me a new one... fingers crossed I don't have the same
issues

Today is day one with my new Fitbit Inspire HR.  I have all the notifications turned on, Bluetooth connected, etc.

No vibration when getting calls or messages and they don't come up on the screen.  Please help! I purposely wanted the vibration for the "move" reminder, text message vibration, and that it is water resistant. Thanks and I hope this can be fixed!!!

I had to return mine as it was defective... and got an instant replacement
that works 100% of the time... just contact Fitbit directly

I'm having the same problem. All of a sudden it stopped the vibration although the message is on my charge 5 fitbit. Just not vibrating to let me know.
