My screen stopped working while I was swimming this afternoon. My app shows that the swim was logged and all my steps since have logged but the screen remains black. It buzzed at me when I hit 10k steps. I have tried the 15 second hold of the button both on and off the charger several times without success (it’s charging but nothing shows on screen when it’s doing it). I’ve tried changing the clock face - the app said it was changed and the Fitbit buzzed at me but still nothing on screen. Help!
