Inspire HR working, but screen is black

My tracker is at 50% battery but my screen is black.  When I press the button the screen is black, not even a flash.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I know it's working because my Dashboard is recording.  The alarm worked this morning and I feel the vibration when I press the button.  I don't have the app downloaded on my phone because I rarely get the notifications. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @scrappin.mel  Try restarting the Tracker several times. If that doesnt help then you will need to contact Customer Support

Hi @scrappin.mel  Try restarting the Tracker several times. If that doesnt help then you will need to contact Customer Support
