I purchased my fitbit Inspire two months ago. Through normal use, the strap mount has somehow cracked and the strap therefore keeps coming off.
I bought the item in Indonesia, however I live in the UK now. I would like to understand if I can return the item as surely it must be covered under warranty for this?
Please advise. Thank you!
