My inspire wristband has pretty much never stayed buckled, and today it fell off at the beach on my run. Fitbit claims they have never heard of someone having this issue and won’t replace. Anyone else have this happen? I am upset!

@Katergator_ It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR falling off. Is you device within the warranty period? Or did you lose your tracker? This isn't an expected behavior so if you have issues with the band please let our Support team know. Still it is suggested you contact Support before the issue escalates since they can often provide replacements for accessories (the Support team will review your tracker's warranty and eligibility for a replacement).
Let me know how it goes.

I did contact Fitbit support, they were not willing to replace. I am not sure if it was within warranty. It was on my wrist when I started my run and fell off at some point during my run, I realized about halfway through.

@Katergator_ thank you for the update.
You mean the device is lost? If is the case then sadly this isn't covered by the warranty. If you have issues with the band please let Support know before anything else happens.
I'll be around.
