Let me help you with your damaged wristband and thank you for taking the time to secure it with a rubber band. This isn't the experience we want for you so I went ahead and created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email. They will check your tracker's warranty status and provide options accordingly.

I suggest you let our Support team know what you need as they are the ones that can provide a replacement always based on the warranty status as mentioned before.
