Inspire HR wristband is not allowing me to swipe.

Does the wristband need to be reset?  If so, how does one go about doing so?

Hi @susjenks  Yes, restarting several times is the best thing to try. If it still wont swipe after this, please come back here.

Hi mine isn't swiping either but if I reset will that wipe my step count for today as I am in A challenge and don't want to to fall behind lol 😁

Hi @Becs1972  No, restarting a Fitbit is like restarting a phone - no data is lost.
