I set up my daughter's Inspire HR this week, it took about 45 minutes to download and install an update, we've synced it via the PC app every evening, so I think it's up-to-date. In the fitbit.com/dashboard I've set the clock to be GMT London and to display the 24 hr clock.
Every evening when she comes home the device has reverted to GMT Dublin and is displaying the 12 hr clock, until we fire up the Fitbit app on the pc and it then syncs, and then it finally displays 24 hr clock again. (I don't think the GMT change from Dublin to London matters - it's all GMT !)
Why is it not respecting the 24 hr setting, and how do I get it to do so and remain on 24 hr display always ? Grateful for any ideas and help, thank you.

@Icicle19 Have you tried from a computer?
If not, might be worth trying. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon. Choose Settings > Personal Info. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. Click Submit and sync your device.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I've done all that I described, and all that you've suggested, from the pc (computer). And the setting under the gear icon, Settings > Personal Info, Advanced Settings, Clock Display Time is indeed set to 24 hr.
But somehow by the time she gets home in the afternoon the device is displaying 12 hr clock, until we sync it to the pc and then it flips to 24 hr, as it ought to be.
I'm keeping an eye on it today, while we're at home all the time, and will see what it displays this afternoon.
