I tried several time to update firmware but failed I get an “X” on watch screen. Can anyone help me

Let me help you updating your Inspire HR. Try restarting your tracker and making sure it is fully charged. After this try these suggestions.

Thank you for your replied, I did and nothing, I still get an “x” on my Watch after 15 or 20 minutes after the updating started, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried
