I got a new Inspire Hr. I charged it. Has www.fitbit.com/setup went there. Won't setup. Called for help on phone for 3 hours. No help still won't work. Sent me a email what to do did it still won't work. Went to Fitbit Connect. Dowloaded Fitbit app. I had a fitbit Inspire Hr before so I started a whole new account because thought that might be the problem. No such luck. I restarted my watch, the help center was just as frustrated as we were. It syn because I see the line go across by my apps won't work. No clock, no activity on my watch. Can someone please help. Give me step by step as to try and fix this problem.

Hello, thanks for the details shared.
If it is still showing the setup message, maybe your Fitbit needs the firmware loaded. You should be seeing a message in the app to update firmware. The app should have a banner to install the firmware. Once the firmware is installed, their is a small trickle update that will download. So you will need to leave the app running in the background.
If you don't have the red banner to update firmware. Please try to remove the Inspire HR and then set it up to your Fitbit account.
