My inspire Hr won't swipe and green light is not on  I've tried restart and got a smiley face added device again and nothing seems to work.

Hi @Glor8lp, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't swipe and the green light won't turn on.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if your Inspire HR showed the clock face after the smiley face was displayed. Also, let me know if your Fitbit device charges properly.

 

Also, try turning off the heart rate feature and then turn it back on.

My green light is on now but it still won't swipe is there something I can do to fix it or do I need to return it
