Inspire Screen Black but it still connects

I got a Fitbit inspire, not HR, about 3 weeks ago and the screen is black. It syncs to my phone and tracks my strip, but the screen won't turn on. If I hold down the button it'll give me a quick vibration after about 3 seconds. I didn't hit the device on anything I was just using as normal when it stopped working.

Hi @Jakealex2  Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt bring it back to life please come back here.
