Inspire Timers starting on their own

I regularly find that a Timer (countdown or stopwatch) has started without me touching my Inspire fitbit. I usually notice this when the battery runs down at a rapid rate.  I know how to turn off the timers once I notice them, but I would like to prevent them from starting spontaneously.  I never use the Timers and do not have any alarms or preset items that relate to timers.

Let me help you with your Inspire timer starting on its own. This is odd. I suggest you restart your Inspire by following these instructions.

Thanks for responding. I did a reset a couple of weeks ago just in case. Since then, the timers have not been kicking off on their own. Fingers crossed that this solved the issue.
