I love my Alta HR for its clock face, beautiful yet enough. Time, Date, and Day. I am relying on my watch to tell me the right time and day and date so that it helps with my brain.
I recently had to buy Inspire HR for a crazy price (I’m a broke college drop out) because my beloved Alta HR stopped working once I travelled overseas, and the Fitbit official charger refused to work.
Contacted Fitbit customer support but there’s no follow up yet... it’s been a month... can I ask Fitbit to pay for my missing health data plus my expensive Inspire HR To cover up for my battery dead (still refused to be charged) Alta HR? I am so close to jumping ship to Apple Watch, even if it cost more. Disappointed in Inspire HR. Miss my Alta HR.
I have a chronic illness that needs my heart rate, sleep tracked to the T.
Summary of requests or desires of a chronic patient:
1) Clock faces that includes Date, Day, Time, Seconds
2) better sleep tracking. Lost 3 days worth of sleep data (turns up, somehow, somehow, Fitbit (Inspire) stopped tracking my heart rate for 3 days) Alta HR never did that to me..
3) request for clock faces that look more professional (I understand the limitations of Fitbit Inspire HR, but still, I’m an adult and even if the age range is wide for HR, I still need something that looks good enough for interviews when I’m trying to find a job after dropping out of college due to student debt. )
4) better customer service please? I used to work in HR team, and I understand the flood of cases and how crazy it can be. But a month without follow up? That’s kinda disappointing.
That’s all for today. Not trying to be a keyboard warrior. Still trying to be loyal to Fitbit. Maybe the last straw will be a dead Inspire HR or unresponsive customer service, and I will highly consider jumping ship to Orange Inc.
