I received an Inspire as a gift two days ago. I charged 100%, downloaded the app, and made sure bluetooth is on. Inspire doesn't register on phone (other devices will register via bluetooth). How to correct? I waited online today for over 3 hours and was never connected with help via chat 😞

Hi @juliejulz69 That is a sad start to your Fitbit experience. Try restarting the Inspire several times amd also turn bluetooth off on your phone and restart the phone and then turn bluetooth back on and try to set up again. The help article on set upmissues might also help you if the restarts dont get you sorted.
