Inspire - Won’t turn on

Please help! My inspire will only turn on when on charge! It’s 100% charged. As soon as I take it off charge it goes dead/off! I’ve tried holding the button down to reset but doesn’t work! Any suggestions please?

Hi, thanks for your reply! It doesn’t seem to be a charging issue as I can see when it’s on the charger the screen lights up and it’s 100% charged! But as soon as I take it off the charger the screen goes off and won’t come back on! When I put it back on the charger, at first this comes on the screen 🙂 then it comes up with the date and time from the last time it was on charge before it catches up and displays the correct date and time. So it appears to turn itself off as soon as it’s taken off charge and I can’t turn it on!

Hi @JMWpros.  It sounds like you have a battery charging fault.  You can't fix this problem.

Hi, thanks for your reply! But it’s showing it’s fully charged on my app and when it is on charge and the screen comes on it says 100% charged! Do you think that’s not the case?
