My Inspire went on silent alarm (vibrating) about an hour and a half after I fell asleep last night. I did not set it on my app, and it's not supposed to be able to be set on the Inspire itself (I thought maybe I did that by accident). I didn't know how to shut it off so I had to take the watch off. It seriously disrupted my sleep, so I do not want this to happen again! I logged into my account and I see that there are no alarms set.
Why did this happen?

Hi @fit_les thanks for reaching the Fitbit Community Forums.
This is not an expected behavior, thanks for checking your alarms in the Fitbit app. Are you sure this was an alarm? I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit and give it a try. There is no way to get an alarm on your Fitbit without accessing on your Fitbit App.
I'll be around waiting for your response.

My Fitbit Inspire was vibrating and flashing, which woke me up. Not an alarm? Maybe, but I'm not sure what else that would be. I don't use alarms. One clue though - I saw that my Alexa was also flashing blue lights when I got up. I suspect maybe a power surge or wifi interruption occurred. Not sure why that would affect my Inspire, but seems connected. Hopefully it won't happen again. Never happened with my old Alta.
