Inspire alarm won't dismiss

My inspire alarm goes off, to dismiss i press button as instructed, but it goes of again 9 minutes later when i press button again, this time its dismissed. Should it be dismissed after the first attempt. I have tested it multiple times with the same result

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Your device vibrates and flashes when a silent alarm goes off. This notification repeats several times or until dismissed. If you don't dismiss an alarm, it repeats in 9 minutes. You need to press the button on your device to dismiss an alarm. I appreciate your efforts and recommend restarting your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device? After that remove and re-add the alarm, manually sync your device and check if the issue persists.
