Hello, my Fitbit inspire all of a sudden alerts me when I send a message. It’s really annoying and I can’t seem to turn this off unless I turn off all message alerts. I want alerts about incoming messages, just not outgoing messages. I’ve updated the app etc. Would appreciate any help - thanks!

@Amywi Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I moved your post to this board, in an effort to keep the forums organized. I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. 

 

Let's try the following steps: 

- Remove your Inspire from your phone's Bluetooth 

- Restart your Inspire 

- Set it up as a new device to your account again 

- Set up the notifications and continue monitoring its functionality
