Fitbit update: 4/9/19 Our engineers have added the Stats Heavy and Valerie clockfaces back into the gallery. Feel free to re-install them if you had recently removed them due to battery concerns.
Our team was recently made aware of an issue which may be affecting some users battery life while using certain clockfaces on Inspire and Inspire HR. We are currently looking into this and hope to have a fix identified soon.
In the meantime, I recommend switching to one of these three clockfaces: Simple Stats, Shifted, or Analog. After some testing, our team has determined that switching to the above clockfaces should help alleviate potential battery drain.
If you are experiencing short battery life after switching to one of the clockfaces above, I also recommend performing a quick restart and following the troubleshoots listed in this article.
As always, I will be sure to keep you all in the loop as more information becomes available. Feel free to let me know if you have any additional insights or questions. Thanks again!

I agree. I am not happy with the Inspire. I am 3 days out of being able to return this now.

I am completely unhappy with the whole experience too. I wish I'd never bought the Inspire HR
Not only am I on the 3rd replacement which STILL won't keep charge for more than 1-2 days.
But I am also now getting the low battery notification when the Fitbit is between 50-60% charged, which has only started happeningin the last few days.
And no, I haven't emailed fitbit again because I know I will get the standard replies I've had many times before telling me to restart the fitbit then turn off all the features to do a "battery test" and allow it to fully drain until it turns off.
When I ask if they know why the battery won't last or ask if there is any "fix" in the pipeline the question gets ignored and they come back with a standard script reply again!!
I am out of time to return it now so i am stuck with it!!!

I am also getting notifications to charge my inspire HR once battery level falls below 60%. As i can see i am not the only one is this a known fault which is being worked on? do you know when we will have a fix?

@Jo7984 call Fitbit and ask for a supervisor. I'm on my 3rd inspire hr too and completely fed up. I got a result you might like.

Hi @worsn in my case they just sent me an email that they are working to fix the bug, it feels like it's a firmware bug that doesn't recognise when the battery is low, but to be fair the only problem is that I get early nofitication of low battery everything else works fine, even the battery it self lasts 5 days. It is a bit annoying to get on the second day after charging it one email about low battery but that's about it.

Mine is now doing the same thing. I start getting the low battery notification and emails at 51%

I called Fitbit and have been offered another replacement Fitbit.
They can see that I literally have ALL features disabled except the HR function and reminders to move from 9-5 but I am only getting 2 days charge from it.
They denied there being any problems and said it's just unfortunate that the Fitbits I have had have been the same.
They have blamed the fact that I charge it in a wall socket USB port and said that they recommend I charge it in a USB port on a PC as apparently this is the only way Fitbit recommend to charge it!!!
I will try it when the replacement comes but I am feeling so fed up with this whole thing and don't feel that it is the way that I charge it that is draining the battery so quick as all other Fitbits I have owned have been charged via the wall USB charger.
They also said that it might be the charger that is defective and isnt charging properly but that there were no errors indicated on their end to show this was true.

I will be sending it back with my invoice and accessories. They are giving me a full refund. I've called numerous times and emailed so they have a paper trail of my frustration and issues.
