Fitbit update 3/16/19: Due to an issue regarding Chinese locals. Our team has updated this firmware release to a new version (1.57.19). This update does not change from the functionality of the previous build. Both versions should function the same for all users.

Hello, and thanks. I just got my Inspire HR Friday (3/29). I upgraded from an Alta HR.
When I set it up, it updated to the new firmware, 1.57.19. I wonder if there is a way NOT to see water intake and weight? It would be great to be able to select the stats most useful to me.
So far I love the Inspire HR, but I have to say that even with the Simple Stats clock face, the battery life is nowhere near what I would get from the Alta HR. I find I have to charge the Inspire HR every couple of days. I hope that gets better.

Hello guys, I hope you are doing fine.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this update issue by yourselves.
@N8teGee, @NellyG and @sailorbear510, thanks for the input.
@Rainyrivers, if you are having issues updating your Fitbit, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
@Larniegh, if you are seeing the fitbit.com/setup on the screen, that means that the device isn't paired. Please follow the steps in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
@LBE and @catester, as our friend told you, there isn't an option to rearrange those stats. I took the liberty and searched for a request like this but didn't find any. Feel free to visit our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.
@JurajKa, have you tried to change the clock face? If you haven't, I suggest trying this by following the instructions in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
Keep me posted.

My Fitbit Inspire will be replaced with new one.

I just purchased the Inspire and clip to replace my One which sadly, Fitbit has discontinued. The online User instructions tell me to check the On Clip button to tell my Inspire that it is on the clip, but there is no button for On Clip. Just Dominant Hand and Non-Dominant Hand. Am I missing something?

I did the update and now sync, heart rate, count is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, shut off the device and restarted twice, turned off blue tooth several times. How do I resolve this? I have tried for several hours And I got it to sync once and it hasn't since.

I had the same problem. I found the setting on the device in the settings area. It is where the battery indicator, Notifications settings and Screen Wake options are. Just swipe up on the device. It is at the bottom of the list.

Were you able to figure this out? I’m having the same issue.

Well, we figured out it's working as designed! There's no way to select just some of those stats.
I went over to this thread and added my opinion: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Weight-notifications-on-Inspire-HR-device/idi-p/...
You could do that as well. I think it might make a difference if lots of people want this changed.
