Inspire and Galaxy S7 won't finish setup

My Galaxy S7 won't finish setup.  I select the type of Fitbit Inspire, then click on "Set up your Fitbit Inspire" button.  It just loops back to the Account screen.

Thanks a million for reaching to report the issues that you're having when trying to set up your Fitbit Inspire. Have you checked if your Galaxy S7 and Fitbit app are up to date?

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try force closing the app and then clearing the app's cache. You can click here to find the steps to force close the app and then you try these steps:

  1. Go into the Phone's settings.
  2. There look for the Application settings.
  3. Then tap on the Fitbit app.
  4. Select the option to clear app's cache.

Doing that should get the app to start working correctly.
