I updated my Inspire HR firmware to version .63.12 (last night 10 Jan 2020) and found that the Heart Rate monitor no longer worked. I have restarted the Inspire by connecting to the charger pressing the side button till I saw the 🙂 smile icon. I restarted my iPhone still the Heart Rate monitor does not work.
I have seen various posts all over the place that other people are experiencing issues with this version of the FW.
Any suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated.?

Seems ok
But I hope that it sorts the problem whereby choosing Bike Exercise activity it stops recording after about 20 minutes or so.

Hi @Lozeeb,
I had the same problem. Heart rate no longer was displayed on my tracker after the firmware update. Then I noticed that the heart rate tracking was set to OFF (and now Phone GPS was set to ON). Apparently the update changed my settings. So I just changed them back.
On the tracker, swipe DOWN past Exercise, Relax, .... until you see Settings (gear icon). Tap that, then swipe UP to go to Heart Rate.
I hope this works for you.

My Fitbit has been updating most of the day, still not complete. Has anyone else had this problem?

My Inspire HR updated to this firmware, 34.20001.63.12, two days ago and I have not had ANY issues with anything. Syncing is finally working ALL THE TIME! I have not had any issues with recieving all my notifications either! Since the update, my Inspire HR has not skipped a beat! I hope Fitbit finally found the bugs and fixed them with this firmware. I am also running the Fitbit App version 3.12.1. I hope they don't mess this up with a future update.

I had the same issue updating today. I had to reset the Fitbit via the charger connection/holding the tracker button until the smiley face and then I had to re-enable heart rate. My HR tracker wasn't even blinking green until I rebooted the tracker. All is working now though, thanks to everyone for the ideas to fix!
