New inspire, when setting up it won't update, currently taking hours and nothing happens just stays on the page. What's going on??

I’m sorry to say, @Angelabarry but your phone does not appear to be compatible with Fitbit devices. It’s a Bluetooth issue. You can read more about it here.  I did find some tips for another Huawei phone. You can see if these help.
