Are the bands for the inspire and inspire hr the same? I can't seem to find an answer. I am getting the inspire hr.

Yes, Inspire and Inspire HR bands are interchangeable.  In the Fitbit store here, band are referred to as being for the Inspire family, meaning both.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
