The plastic piece that holds the band broke off my fb inspire hr. How do I get it replaced?

If still on warranty, can try contacting Fitbit support. Quickest and easiest way is probably buy an inexpensive third-party band from Amazon; use that band or just take that part from it.

Or Amazon might have just the pins listed with the bands.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
