The pins that hold the band to the fitbit won't stay in place and band keeps falling off...afraid I will lose it! Sent me a new band but the band is not the problem. the body of the fitbit has tiny indentations for the pins...not sure if these are too shallow or just worn to the point the pins will not stay in...disappointing

I’m having the same problem. It’s frustrating because this isn’t even a year old. I haven’t had much luck with Fitbit. This my 4-5th one in about 6 years. Starting to wonder if I’m going to need to just invest in an Apple Watch or some other device that works better.

I have other bands and none of them work. The hole the dumb pins go in won’t hold it in any more. Out of all of the bands/Fitbits I’ve had this design is the worst and I’ve had about 4-5 different names of Fitbits. It’s so hard to just switch out the bands if I want a different color. I change mine maybe once or twice a month now. When I had my Alta I was able to change it every day.

My Inspire HR was lost last Sunday. It came unfastened on my wrist and got lost on a dog walk. I retraced my route and tried to see if I could find and sync the device but there was no sign of it.
I reported the issue to Fitbit Support and told them that since having the HR Inspire, the band has come off my wrist several times despite fastening it and tightening it as per the Fitbit website’s advice. They responded by telling me that I can buy a new Fitbit.
I only purchased this one in the summer of 2019 so as you can guess, I am rather gutted that what seems to be an inherent fault in the band has lost me an expensive fitness tracker. Being told to spend good money on a new one by Fitbit is rather disappointing to say the least. Like most people, I don’t have a spare £90 lying around to replace a Fitbit.

Hi ! I am having the same issue with an Inspire. We bought one inspire HR, one Inspire, and two versa lite. Only the inspire is having that issue. How do I solve it?, I am sure that is not the band because I have already exchange itwith the Fitbit Inspire HR. I can't connect support since the phone is not working.

Yes! This happens to me all the time and it makes me feel my fitbit is not secure because it could just decide to stop being attached at any time.

This is the same message i just got after waiting 2 weeks for a response. Why would i want a discount on a product that will be doing the same thing? Fitbit- this is really all you are going to offer???

Hello! I had this problem yesterday in fact. I contacted Fitbit support on their chat line, and we decided the holes were probably worn or deformed. I hadn’t had it long, so they are replacing the whole watch for free under warranty. I hope you can find a solution soon. Best of luck!

They replaced mine as well being it was only 8 months old. Now that one after three months is doing it. I’m afraid it’s going to keep happening. I can’t even take the band off. It’s a horrible design flaw.

I have had exactly the same issue, spoke to Fitbit customer service yesterday & was asked to email picture, which I did, but received a return email to say email support not available???? moving home next week so not sure if I will receive a response??? Also worried if I have another inspire that I will have exactly the same issue 😱 I agree this seems to be a major design fault.

Seriously? I was going to contact them and show that others got a
replacement but was worried about it happening again. I considered maybe it
was my fault being too rough installing new band but even your second one
started...not me then! This is absurd

The band just fell off one day and I assumed the band was broken. I’ve bought 3 new bands and they all keep falling off. I think there’s something wrong with the little holes where the pins are supposed to click into. How do I fix this?
