Inspire band falling off

The pins that hold the band to the fitbit won't stay in place and band keeps falling off...afraid I will lose it!  Sent me a new band but the band is not the problem.  the body of the fitbit has tiny indentations for the pins...not sure if these are too shallow or just worn to the point the pins will not stay in...disappointing

I have the same problem, it would be a shame to replace a new watch just after a few months. It is really a design problem.

Hi,
Yes it clearly is a design fault, contact Fitbit & they should send you a
replacement, keep your strap as they don't replace this, but I should add
that the replacement will probably be a refurbished item, that's what it
said on the packaging I received & a few weeks later I'm having issues with
the replacement, some days I have no information on the Fitbit just a blank
screen & have to check phone app for info.

Good luck 😢😢

It's a horrible design and I wish Fitbit would just admit it is a flawed design. New bands don't fix problem, 45 degree angle works for about a minute. Mine fell off twice today. It fell off in a store one day and while I was walking another day. Few examples I am surprised I haven't lost it. My warranty just ended 2 weeks ago of course. I need to buy a new one but may have to go with someone other than Fitbit.

I totally agree, such a poor design, mine broke before the warranty way up
& they sent me a refurbished item, I was not happy, my advice would be to
go for a different make, good luck 👍

Same thing - fitbit band only lasted a few months before it started disconnecting all the time.  It's useless without the band

Fixed the band problem, but my inspire will not continuously sync. I be tried everything they suggest and it may work temporarily, but then stops. Not a great work out tool.

I am having the same problem, and i’ve only had my fitbit for 2 days. I am now using the Inspire 2, and before I had the Inspire HR, with no problems. But yes, the holes are easily becoming deformed and my band snapped off last night in my sleep. Im so sad because I JUST got this fitbit 💔 Wondering if there’s any way they can fix this design flaw

Faulty Design - I was told mine was out of warranty, piece of crap!
