I reached out for help about my inspire band falling off. The metal piece for the band is not staying in the tiny hole. I asked for them to replace it or fix it but they won't. They gave me 35% off of a new device and they aren't even selling the Inspire anymore. The discount can't be used on the Inspire 2 either. I just want the band to stop falling off.
