I purchased the Inspire HR 5 DAYS AGO to replace an Alta that would no longer hold a charge. The Inspire HR is GREAT - it’s accurate - both for HR and steps. I love the sleep tracker. However, I have purchased a number of replacement bands to match my outfits. The first one, worked great. The second time I attempted to change the wrist band, I cannot get the band to attach to the tracker. Worse yet, I have tried both bands that worked previously and now THEY will not stay attached.

I have read the directions about how to replace the band and it Just. Won’t. Work.

1) This is a huge design flaw compared to the Alta. The Alta was easy to change and very secure

2) Any help is greatly appreciated.

The pins for the bands don’t stay in the holes. I have almost lost my inspire 2 a couple of times and lost a couple of pins. I like the tracker but I want on my wrist. This is my 3rd Fitbit. So I am loyal. But you need to fix this problem ASAP.

Mine fell off the first day without even removing the band so it was obvious it was faulty upon purchase.  I thought it was user error and dealt with it and when I googled found little information.  I tried another band and had the same result.  Fast forward a year I now see this ALL OVER as a faulty product.  I have had Fitbits for years and this was a real disappointment.

They won't. It's worth the money to go on Amazon and get bands. I have leather, elastic, rubber, and even metal band. Prices are very reasonable. Make sure you get the bands with the prong that goes into the hole, and has at least one small band to tuck the end into. Just like a watch band. Much safer. 🌴
