Since I received the new dashboard my band is not showing any progress through the day at all.

The title of your post sounds like your problem is you only have 2 fields showing.

But the actual post sounds like you data is not changing during the day.

What really is the issue?

Hello, thank you for your response,

The band face only shows the time and calories burned. They both change
over the day. The problem is that when I swipe the face of the band, no
other categories are visible. I used to be able to see everything by
swiping - steps, active minutes, calories, distance, days of exercise, steps
per hour, sleep, weight, everything I can see on my phone. This changed
after I got the new dashboard. I don't want to constantly be syncing my
phone to see where I'm at as this uses up the battery.

The phone app update should not have had any effect on the actual tracker. Try doing a restart to see if that will let you swipe again:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Also you might want to try a different clock face on the tracker.  I use 'Stats Heavy' which shows time, steps, heart rate, calories, and distance all on the main screen with no swiping, though in smaller print.

The problem resolved itself.  Thanks for your reply though, I will keep it for future.

Hello!

I'm having this same problem.  I updated my Fitbit App a couple days ago.  Now, my fitbit only shows the time and I can't tap or swipe the face to show any thing else but the time and calories burned.  When I go into the app on my laptop, it says that my bluetooth is not on, but bluetooth is on on my phone.  The app on my phone and laptop are syncing to my fitbit.  When I hold the button down, it just vibrates, but does nothing.

I tried this solution, but did not work.  Looking for some advice on how to resolve this issue.  Thanks in advance.
